Silpa Reddy - Founder

Silpa returned to India in 2016 after nearly a decade of studying abroad to rejoin her family Business. Dodla Dairy Ltd.

Dodla is a milk procurement and processing company. Founded in 1997 by her Father, Dodla’s has grown to become one of India’s largest private dairies, procuring nearly 12 Lakh litres of milk per day throughout the Southern region of India as well as Uganda.

When Silpa came back to join the ecosystem, her degrees in Agriculture & Applied Economics, as well as Dairy Sciences from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, allowed her to establish a new vertical within the company; Backend development. She now runs the fodder and farming arms of Dodla Dairy Ltd.

The Honest Milk Company was started as a passion project to help further her research on dairy farming techniques in South India and provide the best quality milk to consumers.

Rajesh Guntapalli - CEO and Farm Manager

A mechanical engineer by profession, Rajesh has always been deeply passionate about agriculture and animals. Rajesh uses his skills and passion to run the farm to its best capacity. He also enjoys training and teaching farmers from cities and villages to take care of their animals better to improve milk and life quality.

Rajesh recently welcomed his son into the world, and his passion to produce clean milk from healthy animals has never been more fuelled!
